Claims Consultant

As a Claims Consultant you get to make a huge difference by helping customers when they need it most - at claim time. They may have been involved in a car accident, been burgled, or been affected by storms, flooding or other natural disasters; and now it's up to you to help making a claim as quick and easy as possible for our customers.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Providing claims advice, processing and settlement for insurance products and services
  • Tracking and managing customer claims efficiently and effectively and making claims settlement.
  • Make sure all claims are managed and undertaken in line with company systems and policy
You will have:
  • Proven experience in a customer service and sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills with real and genuine conversations over the phone
  • The ability to process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently
  • Multi- tasking ability with good computer skills
  • The ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage
