About the role:
The successful candidate will have to be responsible for assisting the company director in various office administration and customer service tasks. This role will appeal to someone ready to take ownership of a busy role, supporting this successful team to keep growing. You will be a big part of the success of this business driven through providing exceptional customer service to an extensive database of clients.
Full-time is preferred, however, if you are experienced in office administration or PA, part-time is negotiable.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out day to day office administration and personal assistant support to the director, such as filing, preparing loan documents, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies;
- Perform simple accounting tasks;
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email;
- Overlook marketing and branding including social media writing and digital marketing handling;
- Use CRM system to maintain client relationships and prepare documents;
- Perform other duties as required by the company.
Requirements:
- Education and qualification in accounting, finance, marketing or a relevant subject
- Previous experience in administration or PA is preferred, but not a must. Experience in financial company is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of marketing tools such as social media
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency, knowing how to use CRM will be a plus
- Customer-oriented, responsible and keen to learn.
- Prioritizing deadlines and attention to detail
- Be able to multi-task.
