You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients whilst managing the full life cycle of the claim.
Your responsibilities:
- Process and settle claims in accordance with best practice and within the policy terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters, branch staff and clients.
- Proactively develop your technical knowledge and participate in process improvement.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a customer service and sales environment
- The ability to process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent time management skill and attention to detail
- Sound problem solving skills
- Good computer skills especially in the Microsoft Office suite
