Personal Insurance Consultant

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients whilst managing the full life cycle of the claim.

Your responsibilities:
  • Process and settle claims in accordance with best practice and within the policy terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters, branch staff and clients.
  • Proactively develop your technical knowledge and participate in process improvement.
You will have:
  • Proven experience in a customer service and sales environment
  • The ability to process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent time management skill and attention to detail
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Good computer skills especially in the Microsoft Office suite
